Position Overview

We're Hiring: Sales Representative for Cumulus Media Indianapolis

 

Do you have a passion for building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals? Are you an outside sales pro who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a business, and pitch big ideas? If you're fearless, competitive, and ready to sell some of the biggest brands in Indy—we want you on our team.

 

Cumulus Media Indianapolis is looking for our next great Sales Representative—someone who knows how to hunt for new business and thrives on winning. You don’t need media sales experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What can’t we teach? The fire in your belly and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with the opportunity to sell nationwide as well.
• Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: social, email, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio & more!
• Pitch high-impact campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience.
• Collaborate with a team of creative pros and beloved local on-air talent.
• Represent radio stations that are LIVE, LOCAL, and deeply connected to the community.

 

What You Bring:

• 1–3+ years of outside sales experience (any industry!)
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• A “hunter” mindset—you love the thrill of the chase.
• Digital savvy—you understand how to sell and position modern marketing tools.
• Curiosity, creativity, and confidence when talking to business decision-makers.
