What does the free employer tier include?
The free tier lets you post one active job listing for 30 days with a full application dashboard. No credit card required — just create an account and post.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The Station plan is $49/month billed monthly, or $399/year billed annually — that's the equivalent of about $33/month and saves you $189 over paying monthly. Both include all the same features. You can cancel anytime from your employer dashboard.
How does Group and Network pricing work?
Group and Network plans are priced per hiring station per year — not per total station count. If you own 50 stations but only hire for 20, you pay for 20. Contact us and we'll set up a custom invoice.
What is the Launch Special?
The first employer account to subscribe gets 50% off for life (non-transferrable). The next 9 accounts get 50% off for 2 years. These are applied manually — contact us after subscribing to claim your discount.
How do applications work?
Applications (with resume and optional aircheck) are submitted through RadioJobs.org and delivered directly to the employer's email and dashboard. No ATS required.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
