Consolidation and automation have changed how many stations are staffed today — but the licenses are still active, the signals are still on the air, and the next acquisition, format flip, or ownership change could mean a station needs people again. RadioJobs.org is here for that moment.

Radio is resilient. They said video killed the radio star. MTV launched, cassettes gave way to CDs, DVDs replaced VHS, streaming replaced everything — and through all of it, radio kept broadcasting. MTV stopped playing music. Radio didn't stop. The industry has adapted through the FM transition, the satellite era, the digital revolution, and now AI-assisted automation. Each wave brought disruption, and each wave created new hiring demand as the landscape settled. The stations in this directory represent the full universe of US radio: the staffed, the automated, and the ones that haven't been activated yet. When they need people, we'll be here.
What This Is
RadioJobs.org is a focused job board and station directory built specifically for the US radio industry. It aggregates job listings from the careers pages of major radio groups — iHeartMedia, Audacy, Cumulus, Townsquare, Cox Media Group, Bonneville, Beasley, and more — and combines them with a searchable directory of every FCC-licensed AM and FM station in the country.
The goal is simple: if you work in radio and you're looking for a job, or if you run a station and you're hiring, this should be the first place you go. Not a generic job board where your listing competes with warehouse jobs. Not a recruiter-gated platform. Just a clean, direct, industry-specific tool.
The site is actively maintained and growing. Job data is refreshed weekly from source. Station profiles are built from FCC licensing data and can be claimed by their owners. New features are added regularly.
For Employers & Stations
Reach qualified radio candidates faster — with tools built for how radio hiring actually works.
Google for Jobs Indexing
Every listing is automatically marked up with structured data so it appears directly in Google Search results — not just on RadioJobs.org. Your job reaches candidates who aren't even looking at job boards.
Radio-Only Audience
No sorting through resumes from people who've never touched a microphone. Every candidate on RadioJobs.org is here specifically for a career in radio.
Daily Alert Subscribers
Active job seekers subscribe to daily email alerts by category and market. Your listing lands in their inbox the morning after you post it.
Station Profile Pages
Your station has its own profile page in our directory of 24,000+ FCC-licensed stations. Claim it to add your logo, website, and careers link — and every job you post is cross-referenced to your station.
DMA Market Pages
RadioJobs.org has dedicated pages for every major US radio market. Your listing appears on the market page for your city, targeting candidates who are specifically looking to work in that market.

Verified Applicant Filtering
Enable 'Verified Applicants Preferred' to signal quality expectations, or turn on 'Verified Members Only' to hard-gate your listing. Only applicants who have confirmed their email and US residence can apply — eliminating unqualified international submissions before they reach your inbox.

Browse by Market
Looking to relocate or stay local? Browse jobs and stations by DMA market — from New York and Los Angeles to Boise and Bangor.
Aggregated from the Source
Jobs are pulled directly from the careers pages of major radio groups — not re-posted by recruiters. You're seeing the same listings the companies post themselves.
Apply Directly
Apply through the company's own careers page or directly on RadioJobs.org. No middleman, no recruiter fees, no gatekeeping.
Verified Member Badge
Verify your email and US zip code to earn a green Verified Member badge on every application. It signals credibility to employers, unlocks access to verified-only listings, and takes about two minutes to complete — completely free.
The Verified Member System
RadioJobs.org is the only radio job board with a built-in applicant verification layer. Here's how it works for both sides.
For Job Seekers
Verify your email and US zip code to earn a Verified Member badge. It appears on every application you submit, signals credibility to hiring managers, and unlocks jobs that require verification.
- Green badge on every application
- Skip location fields on future applications
- Access to Verified Members Only listings
- Priority treatment from employers who prefer verified applicants
- Takes about 2 minutes — completely free
For Employers
Two levels of applicant filtering are available on every job posting. Use them together or separately to control who can apply.
Unverified applicants are prompted to complete verification before submitting. A badge on your listing signals quality expectations.
Only applicants who have confirmed their email and US residence can apply. The form is hidden entirely for unverified users.
What We Don't Have Yet
We'd rather be upfront about where we are than oversell what we're not.
No Testimonials Yet
We're early. We haven't collected employer or candidate testimonials yet — and we won't publish fake ones. If you've used RadioJobs.org and want to share your experience, we'd genuinely love to hear from you. Email us at [email protected].
Newsletter is Growing
Our email subscriber list is small but growing. If you're an employer, your listing will reach a focused audience — not a massive but irrelevant one. We'd rather be honest about that than inflate numbers.
Some Station Profiles Are Sparse
Our 24,000+ station directory is built from FCC data. Many profiles have basic info (call letters, frequency, format, market) but haven't been claimed by their stations yet. Claim yours to add your logo and careers link.
