Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RadioJobs.org (the "Site") and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bosworth Media LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Bosworth Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the full features of the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Employers using the Service to post jobs must be authorized representatives of the organization on whose behalf they are posting.
2. Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account Types
The Service supports two account types: Job Seekers (candidates seeking employment in the radio industry) and Employers (organizations posting job openings). You may designate your account type during registration. You are responsible for using the Service in a manner consistent with your designated account type.
Verified Member Program
Job seekers may earn a Verified Member badge by confirming their email address and US zip code. Verification is provided as a convenience feature and does not constitute an endorsement, background check, or guarantee of any candidate's qualifications or identity.
3. Job Seekers
Profile and Applications
You may create a candidate profile, upload a resume and audio aircheck, and apply to job listings through the Service. You represent that all information you submit is accurate, current, and your own original work. You grant RadioJobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and transmit your application materials to employers for the purpose of facilitating job applications.
Job Alert Emails
By subscribing to job alerts, you consent to receive email notifications matching your selected categories and geography. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email.
Candidate Search Visibility
If you enable the "searchable" toggle on your profile, your profile information (excluding your email address and contact details) may be visible to employers on paid subscription tiers. You may disable this at any time from your dashboard.
4. Employers
Job Postings
Employers may post job openings subject to the plan tier selected. All job postings must be for genuine, currently open positions at radio stations, radio groups, or radio-adjacent organizations. You agree not to post positions that are fictional, already filled, discriminatory under applicable law, or designed to harvest personal information from applicants.
Accuracy of Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your job postings. RadioJobs does not verify the accuracy of employer-submitted listings and is not liable for any inaccuracies.
Application Data
When a candidate applies to your job through RadioJobs, you receive their application materials for the sole purpose of evaluating them for the posted position. You agree not to use candidate data for any other purpose, share it with unauthorized third parties, or retain it beyond a reasonable period following your hiring decision.
Station Claiming
Employers may claim ownership of radio stations listed in the RadioJobs directory by completing an email verification process. Claiming a station does not confer any legal ownership or intellectual property rights. RadioJobs reserves the right to revoke a station claim if the claim is found to be fraudulent or inaccurate.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid subscription plans are billed through Stripe. Plan features, pricing, and billing terms are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. RadioJobs reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Auto-Discovered Job Listings
RadioJobs automatically discovers and indexes job listings from publicly accessible employer career pages ("scraped listings"). These listings are sourced from public information and are provided as a convenience to job seekers. Employers whose listings appear in the directory may claim, update, or request removal of their listings by contacting [email protected] or through the employer dashboard. RadioJobs does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of scraped listings.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles; harvest, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Site without prior written permission; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network associated with the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization; or send unsolicited commercial communications to other users.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Bosworth Media LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (resumes, job descriptions, profile text). By submitting content, you grant Bosworth Media LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service includes job listings sourced from third-party employer career pages and links to external websites. RadioJobs does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RADIOJOBS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
RADIOJOBS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY JOB SEEKER WILL OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT OR THAT ANY EMPLOYER WILL FIND A SUITABLE CANDIDATE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOSWORTH MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bosworth Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you by email or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
