When you create an account, post a job, or submit a job application through RadioJobs, we collect information you provide, which may include your name, email address, US zip code, resume, audio aircheck files, cover letter text, professional biography, desired job types, target markets, and employer contact information. Employers additionally provide company name, station call letters, and job posting details.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate and improve the Service and to understand how users interact with the Site.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

To provide the Service — creating and managing your account, processing job applications, sending job alert emails, and facilitating employer-candidate communication.
To verify your identity — confirming your email address and US residency for the Verified Member badge program.
To communicate with you — sending transactional emails (application confirmations, job alerts, weekly employer reports), operational notices, and support responses.
To improve the Service — analyzing usage data to identify bugs, improve features, and understand user needs.
To enforce our policies — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
With employers, when you apply. When you submit a job application through RadioJobs, your application materials (resume, aircheck, cover letter, and profile information) are shared with the employer who posted the job. For jobs sourced from external career pages, your application is redirected to the employer's own applicant tracking system, and RadioJobs does not retain your application data.
With service providers. We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Resend (transactional email delivery), Manus (hosting and infrastructure), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
For legal compliance. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RadioJobs, our users, or the public.
In a business transfer. If Bosworth Media LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Job application materials (resumes, airchecks) stored in our file storage system are retained for 12 months following submission, after which they are deleted.

Account information. You may update or correct your account information at any time through your dashboard.
Job alerts. You may unsubscribe from job alert emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every alert email.
Data deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
California residents. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure file storage, and access controls.
