- This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
- Manage post-sale administrative support for station AEs and AMs with emphasis on accurate order entry and order renewal.
- Enter sales orders accurately into sales systems.
- Maintain order information as needed to provide background and support to AEs and AMs.
- Provide support on sales campaign research, pre-sale presentation creation, reports and recaps.
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with AEs and AMs through accurate order entry and consistent support.
- Maintain TOC accuracy and updates.
- Maintain sales campaign statuses
- Assist as needed with entry and tracking in promotions and sales campaigns and software.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel software
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to provide needed support to AEs and AMs.
- Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter.
- Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
- High level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assumes responsibility and accountability.
- Prefer two (2) years of experience within sales or customer service.
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion / frequently.
