We’re hiring Sales representatives for Cumulus Media Cincinnati!

Cumulus Media | Cincinnati has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Executive to join the Sales Team in assisting their clients in our Cincinnati market.
We’re looking for our next great Sales Representative - someone who knows how to hunt for new business and thrives on winning. This, plus managing an existing book of business, creates the ultimate balance for the path to success. What you don’t know in media, we can teach you. You just need the passion to sell and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships across the Great Cincinnati area with the opportunity to sell nationwide as well.
- Manage an existing client list while deepening the relationship with renewals and up selling into additional initiatives
- Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: streaming audio, social, display, search, OTT/CTV and more
- Pitch high-impact advertising campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience
- Collaborate with a team of creative professional and popular local on-air talent
- Represent radio stations that are live, local and deeply connected to the community
- Ability to negotiate and close business that drives revenue results and fosters long term client relationships, regardless of medium or platform
- Follow all station and corporate procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred, but not required
- 1-3 yrs. of media or digital/online advertising sales experience preferred, but not required
- Media or digital/online advertising sales experience highly preferred
- Digitally savvy - previous exposure to digital marketing and advertising trends helpful
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
- Passion for developing new business relationships - strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects
- Curiosity, creativity and confidence when talking to business decision makers
