Sales Manager in Murray, KY
Forever Communications, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in Murray, KY, home to FROGGY 103.7 and WNBS. This role includes both managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department and handling a personal list of client accounts.
We’re a locally focused media and marketing company offering a range of advertising services—including broadcast radio as well as digital marketing solutions such as display, video, social media, streaming, SEO, and more. We’re looking for someone with leadership experience who understands how to support a team while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the sales team in meeting revenue goals
Coach and develop sales representatives
Maintain and grow a personal book of business
Oversee department reporting, planning, and goal tracking
Work closely with internal teams on proposals and campaign execution
Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales management or media sales preferred
Understanding of digital and traditional advertising products
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage both people and projects effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
