Noalmark Broadcasting in Hobbs, NM is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue and exceed sales goals in a very dynamic area!

Noalmark Broadcasting is Family owned, with over 50 years in Broadcasting in Southeast New Mexico. Noalmark Broadcasting owns and operates KZOR, KIX103, KPZA La Zeta, KOOL 95.7, Eagle 100.5, KBIM 94.9 The Country Giant and 93.7 La Ley, Noalmark Digital and Hobbs America.com. Position offers:

Base Salary
Commission on your sales.
Override commission on your teams’ sales.

Responsibilities
Working for Noalmark, you’ll be selling radio and digital products, including video streaming of high school sports, Hobbs America.com and helping local businesses grow with on air advertising campaigns. This position is perfect for someone that understands there is no income limit!
Requirements
What WE are looking for:

Must have at least 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience
Media sales management required, preferably in Radio and or Digital
Management experience is a PLUS!
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Help maintain and increase your outside reps sales list.
Increase local direct sales.
Build local direct business relationships.
Establish and create NEW sales/revenue promotions with the GM.
Work on collections and collecting when needed, not only SM list, but the AE’s list well.
Must be a self-starter.
