Operations Manager/Digital Manager/General Purpose Engineer
Noalmark Broadcasting, LLC, Family owned and operated since 1972 is looking for an individual to serve as Operations Manager, Digital Manager and General Purpose Engineer for our 10 station cluster in El Dorado, AR. Desired Qualifications/Experience: Previous broadcast/radio programming (negotiable depending on background), Personnel management and scheduling, Excellent communications and documentation skills, Basic IT and Social Media skills, Website and back-page/console skills, Technically inclined, Maturity to work self-supervised as a multi-team leader, Physically able to perform general maintenance duties. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Responsibilities include: Work directly with the General Manager overseeing the execution of the stations’ operations, programming, branding and personnel scheduling , Maintain a limited inventory of streaming, SM and website assets, Work with locally contracted IT company to maintain/upgrade IT assets, Professionally maintain engineering spaces, Maintain studios and transmitter sites IAW FCC regulations and company standards, Identify, troubleshoot and (if necessary) schedule required maintenance. Compensation: $50-55,000/yr. Benefits Health Insurance; generous paid vacation and sick time policies.
