Accounting/Business/Traffic Assistant

We connect businesses to customers throughout the buying process, and we are looking for a motivated Accounting/Business/Traffic Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
The Accounting/Business/Traffic Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Accounting / Business Manager and the Traffic Manager with the day-to-day tasks of each department. Strong excel skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
· Managing accounts payable
· Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
· Printing checks for payment
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
· Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
· Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
· Producing and maintaining accurate barter paperwork and tracking usage
· Producing daily program logs.
· Assigning continuity
· Barter affidavit preparation.
· Assisting with order entry and other various duties.
Qualifications: preferred not required
· High School Diploma required, College Degree in accounting, business, or related field.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Strong computer skills, knowledge of Marketron or similar radio software a plus
· Understanding of basic accounting practices
· Strong: verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills – Ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and multi-task.
