Marketing Executive Position
Do you have an innate sense of curiosity? Have others told you that you are a great problem solver? And do you have business connections in the Albany Tifton area? If you answered yes to all 3 and you’d like an opportunity to parlay them into an excellent quality of life, we should talk. We’re First Media South and we are looking for our next Integrated Marketing Specialist.
Overview: How’s this for transparency: this is a tough job. You’ll help local business people grow and defend their businesses by developing customized advertising solutions and then getting said businesses to admit your plan is worth their investment…yes, you’ll need to sell them on your ideas and get them to invest in them. And you will have a full slate of account management broadcast, digital, and print opportunities to help you do this successfully.

Qualifications:
• Proven success at finding decision makers, and guiding decisions
• Proven success at negotiation, closing business and new business development
• Proven experience at multi-tasking in a fast paced and dynamic environment while meeting goals and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written with the ability to present to potential clients, often in a group
• Adaptability in building and cultivating long-term relationships with a variety of businesses
• Ability to utilize strong listening skills, knowledge and curiosity to seek the best solutions for clients
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proven networking skills with the ability to attend events to improve business relationships
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

· Goal oriented you want to win and have fun doing it.
· Actively prospect (face to face) while servicing and building relationships with existing clients
· Conduct Customer Needs Analysis with clients and prospects to create unique advertising solutions that match their business needs
