In June 2022, FCC Media Bureau Video Division Chief Barbara Kreisman provided Notices of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to the proprietor of four PBS Member terminals for public file policy infractions. In overall, the licensee got on the hook for $30,000 in financial penalties.
Currently, more than 18 months later, the Commission has become part of a Consent Decree with the broadcaster that resolves the matter in full via a civil penalty.
